You should have 5 small meals throughout the day, and choose lean meats when eating meat, and meat for breakfast is a very smart idea, the protein in it can help kick start it metabolism which will help loose weight. Other then that I would work out along with eating healthy, just moderate the sweets and choose lean meats.

Definitely. In fact Id say it's -easier- to eat clean with meat in your diet though it's possible as a vegetarian. More challenging though.
I personally don't find meat that healthy because it's not something I eat, and my body is awful at prefixes sit it, so I avoid it

there are so many healthier meat substitutes available today i dont see why you think you need it in your diet... i haven't eaten meat in 32yrs and im healthy enough
