How to get a bigger butt? And a tiny waist?

Okay everyone... I'd like someone to explain to me what workouts I should try to make myself more bootyful... I'd also appreciate if someone shared any personal anecdotes of how this worked for them :) (Also Going to the gym is not an option for me... All I own is a cardio glide, a waist sincher, 15 llb dumbells) so I need a miracle :)

I typically do 4 sets of 25 on the cardio glide, fifteen leg lifts per leg, 20 squats while holding the dumbbell, and 30 bouncing squats with the dumbbell... I do this every other day :) any comments?

Also I noticed some if my size 5 underwear have been fitting tightly and maybe my butt has grown gradually? It's strange and exciting :)
