Does anyone get coffee hangovers? what's it like for you?

So i think i keep getting coffee hang-overs since last year... i did it again yesterday and i only drink 1 cup a day, my health has gone crazy since last April, my period is super irregular, makes a long time to come, when i go out and walk around it's like total payback on my body and i've been noticing all kinds of weird physcial, emotional and mental symptoms, one of those is i'm become even more sensitive to caffine, i used to have it a bit stronger like a year spoon and a half, now i put in a tea spoon, any more and it's total and complete payback... i cannot sleep even when i had the coffee 9 - 10 hours before that... and yesterday i had my coffee longer than 10 hours before... my sleeping is bad enough, it has been for a long time so i go to bed like 7am in the morning, last night it took me 2 hours to fall sleep because some how the caffine was STILL in my system, i put 1 and a quater tea spoon in yesterday, thought it would be fine because it's Nescafe... but i was wrong...

Today i feel like crap... i'm emotional, on edge, frustrated, anxous and everything is getting to me, however i had coffee a couple of hours ago but 1 tea spoon this time and i suddenly feel awake and not so groggy any more... i real that cafffine can also effect hormones too and i feel my body telling me to suddenly not drink it every day and to cut down, is this what it's like for anyone else who has a caffine sensitivity? you think i should cut down even to just 1 cup every other day? or every 2 days?

I've also been drinking more coca cola lately... maybe i should stop... but i always have a cravng for a sugery drink with my sleeping keeping me up till the early hours of the morning, so i've been reaching for a glass of coke... have to stop...
