45 years ago I smoked. Back then there was less knowledge about the health problems and lots of advertising suggesting how cool it was. so I started and smoked for about 5 years. Got up to two packs a day and realized how stupid smoking was, and how the smell was always on me and my clothes, even when I wouldn't smell it because I was used to it. So I quit. And quitting is a hell of a lot harder than just never doing it. Now i can smell smokers and realize how bad I was and am so glad I quit.
Plus, think of the cost today. I don't even know what a pack is today, but multiply that by two for a daily cost, then multiply that by 365 and figure how much money you are spending a year to damage your health.
Never again.
I've smoked a few cigarettes before. They smell and taste disgusting.
I've smoked some Mary Jane (Marijuana) before back when I was freshman in High School. Then I stopped for the sake of staying out of legal trouble.
Since then, I've never smoked again.
I've tried weed twice. Apparently I didn't inhale correctly which was why I didn't feel anything. But it has a nasty aftertaste so I'm not interested in trying again.
I fake smoked cigarettes so I don't think that counts. I haven't smoked crack nor do I want to.
Yes it is super relaxing when stressed. I stress a lot about stuff, so sometimes I just need it. Also when I go out sometimes I smoke. But I am not a regular smoker, it is like once per two weeks or so.

I've tried it once (maybe twice), but I never picked up on it. My (older) siblings have all finally quit a few years ago, so hopefully this will remain this way. I don't know if it was peer pressure for them or what (I think it was), but at least they are being healthier now.
Smoking is a hook I will not be biting at. I see weak minded people who once though it made them look good sucking on a stick they can't now put down. Sad.
No and nope, I have a history of asthma
So smoking would be bad
Children of smokers are less likely to suffer with asthma, just saying.
Yes but I have asthma, my mother and father has it as well, so smoking would just make it wrost @AdamThomas
@adamthomas less likely to suffer from Asthma? How?
Google "benefits of smoking", you'll be amazed.
Used to smoke but then I realized that I was throwing away money, smelled like crap 24/7, my mouth felt like a dumpster, and I couldn't do the minimum amount of exercise without struggling to catch my breath. Best decision I ever made.
Yeah I smoked cigarettes since I was sixteen but gave them up a couple of years ago now, I still indulge in a bit of ganja here and there but I vape it or eat it.
Smoked what?
I smoked a cigarette once when I was drunk and hated it.
I've smoked hookah and weed and used vapes as well.
Never tried, never will. I care about my health. Not worth trying something like smoking.
Yes, I like it for many reasons, but it's not healthy.
Not as much as I used to but yeah sometimes I do, specially at parties.
I use to be a chain smoker. I loved cigarettes. But as soon as i got pregnant I eventually stopped. Two years later I've tried it as i was going out. It wasn't the same. :)
I tried it when I was younger and hated it, it was like fire burning my lungs. Never again.
I smoke. I quit for a month, then started again around 2 weeks ago due to lots of stress. But i also vape when i dont feel like smoking.
Not cigarettes. I would like to smoke pot every now and then, but I can't due to drug testing from work.
Longest period I went was 7 years, military and truck driving. Now I'm getting into HVAC and most of these companies drug test as well. at least an initial.
All of my friends smoked weed in highschool but I knew addiction ran in my family so I didn't try it.. And who wants a pilot who smokes before taking off? (Pilot👌🏻)
I started smoking when I was 13, influence by a few friends and watching my dad smoke as I grew got me interested. : but not a heavy chain smoker tho.
no and never will. costs money, bad for health and smells bad
Smart thinking
I could never smoke or date someone who smokes. The smell of the person after they smoke is just disgusting.
I started at 16, stopped at 30, never started again.
the years before I stopped I was at 1 packet of cigarettes or cigars and s few pipes/day.
Allergic to smoke now.
yes unfortunately. for about 2 years now. i've cut back A LOT though. used to smoke a pack a day but now i only have 2-4.
smoking increases physic abilities and besides who wants to live to be 80 anyway?
