I already eat pretty healthy. I have cut sugar out and alcohol, i only eat whole wheat products, i dont drink any soft drinks, i dont eat junk food either.
The only thing im might not be so good at is eating enought vegetable, something im going to start with. I lift 2-5 times a week (bench press, deadlift, squats, military press) and i also started with ab exercises.
besides what im doing now and starting to do more cardio what are the best ways to tone up, especially my stomach?
