You have to do the same routine every time you work out. You can use any equipment found in an average gym or none. You have forty five minutes to an hour.
What would you do?
4 days cycle -
Dumbbell press 4x8
Decline press 4x8
Flyovers 3x20
Tricep pressdown 4x8
one armed - 3x8
cable tri pressdown 3x10
weighted calve raises 4x20
seated calve raises 3x20
That's one day of workout lol
Basically an amended version of Jim Stopanni's 12 weeks to size programme with MOAR volume and no rest days.
Give it a lookaround eh?

I have been working out for 25 years. My basic core routine is actually very similar today to what it was years ago. I have added and dropped stuff along the way. I have had the basic same routine for the last 10 or so years, it is about an hour long.
Deadlifts
squats
skull crushers
A couple back things... not sure what they're called
bicep curls
overhead press
reverse incline crunches
kettle bell sumo squats
kettle bell swings
shoulders (also not sure what it's called but it's 3 parts)
Stick to your routine until you stop feeling it's effects. Then change it up.
