Just breath. Go through your thoughts, what are they repeating? Whatever it is, address this- is it saying you will fail? That you're unprepared? Do this when you've calmed down, right now just put the phone down and concentrate on your breathing, slow deep breathes. If you haven't calmed down by the time of the exam, speak to your professor about taking it a few minutes late. Many people get anxious before exams and I'm sure your teacher is well aware.
It's all in your mind. You can control your body with your mind. Go on youtube, find a meditation noise video or dna healing frequencies to listen to and it will clear your head.
Just go to the exam - Sit your chair - Take a couple of mins to compose yourself - Read the paper then start.
Focus on getting to exam, finding your seat - One step at a time.
It's not a written exam. It's for music class, I have to get up and sing.
And answer all the shit that I have no idea of the answers to.

Heh, well my music exam has been rescheduled, but I did good on my Outdoor Ed one after I calmed down. Thanks ^-^

Do some breathing exercises or yoga to calm yourself
