I had that when I was around 16-25 and it went away on its own. My son is 29 and still having them. What helped me was to wake up fully before going back to sleep, so I did not repeat in the same night.

You probably sleep a bit too well, but not well enough. Basically you aren't prone to sleep walking because the hormones that temporarily paralyze you work perfectly, but you wake up from your sleep cycle before its effect stops affecting you.
That sounds like an awful lot - you should investigate is there a sleep clinic near you
