If u been eating less that u used to before u started dieting then chances are your metabolism is compensating for the lack of food by slowing so then when u eat the food it isn't being burned as fast as it was in the being so therefore it gets stored. Also if u aren't exercising too ur body will learn to live on the lower amount of food. Do not starve urself this would be a extremely stupid option to take and it would make things worse as although u would lose that weight u would just put it on when u start to eat again because again ur metabolism would slow to compensate for the Lower food levels so u would gain it all back if not more. Simple answer do some exercise it takes a -3500 kcal deficit to lose a pound so 1 kg is 2.2 pounds so u need a overall deficit of 7700 to lose a kg which is easily achieved in two weeks with a heathy and healthy size diet that will keep u energised in the day and at safe levels and exercise also u need to eat the majority of the carbs that u eat in the morning so that they are burned thoughout the day instead of eating them at night where they are stored

Your body weight can fluctuate a lot due to water, especially if you just ate a lot of carbs. It's normal. I've "gained" 10 lbs in a day before, though usually it doesn't flucate that much.
Also, you're not starving. The body can go weeks without food. Just make sure to eat nutritious foods like meats and vegetables and avoid empty calories like breads and sugars.
If your not eating enough your body could go into starvation mode so everything you eat gets stored for the most part or if your eating fewer times a day your metabolosm slows. You shpuld easy a bunch of light healthy snacks, that's the best way to eat
it can have the opposite effect.. thats why you should have tried to eat healthy.. not lose everything in 4 days.. because metabolism slows down.. and body goes into survival mode.. and actually starts saving fat more than it actually does..

2 kilos is even the daily fluctuation between morning and evening or between a saltless day and a salt day, so it does not mean anything. You have to measure your weight every day at the same time and follow it for a month. If you see an average downward trend in that month, you are loosing REAL weight.
Hello, maybe since your not eating your body is going into stress mode and you are retaining water. Or if you eat to much sodium (salt) you will retain water also. It's no wonder my country is so Fluffy with all the fast food places. Anyways as long as you eat less calories it should work I think 3000 in a pound of fat D: good luck.
You probably cut too many calories at once, so your body thought there was a famine and started storing everything as fat so that you won't die.
You CANNOT make severe cuts to your diet. It has to be small and incremental. Plus you probably aren't exercising either, so your metabolism is probably slow.Because your body has gone into conservation mode. It is a protection against starvation. The only way to reverse this is to turn up your metabolism with exercise and eat healthfully.
just be happy with the way you look. stop fighting your body into being something tht you want it to be in your mind.
Could be evaluate of water weight, could e stress. For me random weigh gain is typically because of my period
Did you weigh yourself at the same time of the day? If the first weigh was first thing in the morning, say, and the second after a meal...
either the weighing machine is incorrect else your carlories calculation is incorrect !
It may be a psychological issue called the boundary theory. I could explain it but I think you'd be better off researching it.
try stop breathign for a day, I think that will help lol
I think you should do a little google research on your Leptin cycle, its as if the body is kicking into starvation mode, I'm no expert, but I recommend you look into that. It may be the reason. Again, I don't really have the expertise, though.
