That's 500 net calories. I could do that in the early days after my surgery. I can't now. I'm always somewhere between 1000-1200 calories a day, which is still pretty low. But you didn't have surgery. Your body is different than mine. It won't like what you're doing to it. What you eat is more important. If you really want to lose, then focus on protein. It fills you up faster and doesn't build fat. I'm not saying carbs are evil - they aren't. But choose carefully. Whole wheat pasta over white, and sensible portion sizes. You'll see results. I guarantee it. I lost over 250 pounds after my surgery. I look now much as I did in high school.

First off all, Right now, You are actually very underweight, So, I cannot possibly understand why you would be wanting to loose more weight?
Secondly, You cannot physically surive offa' 650 calories a day, Eventually you will develop annorexia or some shit, and thats a very stupid thing to do.
And, You probably won't loose much, Anything you do loose you will quickly regain when you eat normally again, Thats how fasts work. If it was as easy as just not eating for a couple weeks, Do you really think Gyms would exist? xD.
Omg, that's terrible, don't do that. Not eating enough will only send your body into " starvation mode" and your body will actually hold on the fat that you do have as a reserve fuel because you are not feeding it! Its a survival process your body performs to keep you alive. You have to eat at least 1200-1500 calories roughly but its different for everybody depending on many factors, and then you can burn some extra. When you burn, you lose nutrients so its essential that you replace and replenish your body. Don't compromise your health ever! By the way you sound skinny already!
There's no way you only burned 150 calories today. I'm 5'3 and if I'm just sleeping all day I burn about 1,300 calories. So you definitely burned at least 1,000 calories today if you awake, walking, breathing, blinking, digesting food, walking, etc

Keep doing this and you'll stop losing weight in no time. Your leptin levels will be depleted faster than you can say "insert funny word." Leptin is the hormone that helps you lose weight. You need to be at a more steady caloric deficit and carb up sometimes to boost your leptin levels. And based on the information being given your BMI as it is of right now is healthy (close to underweight) so if anything I wouldn't advice you to lose weight.
(Sorry for not answering your actual question, but I can't be passive when a situation like this pops up)Speaking from experience, starving yourself is NOT the way to lose weight. Dont focus on losing weight. Focus on feeling good about your body. Work out, tone up, and get fit. Make your goal becoming healthier not getting lighter
the goal is to look good consistently not for a couple days and gain it all back, which is basically what you're doing. you want to limit the bad stuff in your diet and increase your workout intensity, not eat less. For example, I eat 3500-4000 calories a day. I'm in great shape. pm me what body part you need help with and your typical diet and i can help you
If you do that you'll be reaaalllly underweight. You actually should weigh more at your height.
that's not healthy at all. You need to at least eat 1,200 calories. I know if you burn 650 calories a day you could lose like 5 pounds in 1 month. That's if you did it everyday though.
Um... That's far too few calories to consume in a day. You might starve to death on that little energy intake.
It depends on your metabolism. by the way, don't worry about your weight, just worry about how you look. You may not lose any weight but you may look way better.
Let's see, 650 -150 = 400+ So 400 x 21 = 8400 / 3500 = +2lbs.
You'll gain 2 lbs. Please visit this website on fitness: https://scoobysworkshop.com/
On the home page, the sidebar on the right has a "Nutrition" section. Please read it so you can learn how to be safe with your nutritional and weight goals.
Right now, you don't strike me as being safe with your health. So please read that website.you will probably gain weight from not eating enough.
Why in the world do you want to lose weight? You are already very thin. If you are unhappy with your body, you need to exercise in order to tone it up.
It sounds like you have an eating disorder. You are going to get very sick and maybe die, and yet you still won't think you're thin enough. You need to be brave enough to ask someone for help.
I think that you'll probably lose a couple hundred dollars when you visit the hospital. This isn't a healthy diet. Your wight is perfectly fine.
You will lose muscle only eating so few cal. so your body will end up with a higher fat ratio. eat about 1800 cal. make sure they are nothing refined/processed, exercise and you will be a healthy body weight.
you weigh 54 kg and you're 170cm your bmi is 18.7 which is almost underweight please don't develop an eating disorder
you will prb gain weight or stay the same you have to eat at lest 1200 cals a day or your body will go into starvation mode
That's a terrible diet. Diets are based on 2000 calories a day. You'll faint, at this point
You burnt way more than 150. Just breathing uses energy. Keep doing that and what you'll be is unhealthy
Yes you can go into starvation mode or gain weight so be careful
watch your doing. You don't want your body to go starvation mode
