Obviously if you weigh 250lb, You could easily easily loose 2.5lbs per week
But if you weigh like 110lb, you're gonna have a very hard time loosing 2.5lbs per week

It's possible to lose 10 lbs in a day if it's water weight. But that's prolly not what you're looking to do. But fat wise, yes that is possible in a month if you have the fat to lose. If you weigh 80 lbs, prolly not possible healthily
