Can i stop that and loose weight instead? If so... how?
even if you just run on the treadmill you will workout your legs aswell.
Plus if you want to loose weight, i assume you mean you want to lower your bodyfat-ratio. muscles will start to get more visible in the process, so... sorry ^^
God is giving you the gift of gains and your complaining! Stop right now! If you want to lose weight do cardio, and if your worrying about getting huge legs then only work them out once a week with light weight
its normal. if u want to lose weight you should try cardio, and less working out.
