You should really *really* talk to your doctor before you cut several foods from your diet. All of those foods contain important nutrients and you're probably doing yourself more harm than good by avoiding them.
And since you've cut them all out at once how are you going to know which one is affecting you if ANY of them are.
Have you gone to an allergist at all?

Soy hardly has anything to do with it. But I haven't eaten dairy, meat, or eggs in over a year, and my skin has become much less oily.
