How many Grams of Protein do you Take for maximising muscle mass?

FOR Muscle GAINS estimates put it at 0.8 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
I'm 180lbs so I should take about 144 grams

Estimates put it at 0.36 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day. (if you don't work out)
