Really the amount of protein you need is determined by your bodyweight you need an X amount of protein per X amount of pounds, I will say this you do need at least 30-40 grams regardless of weight but the max is determined by your total weight.
Eat 200g of protein and you'll get better results I promise
it seems expensive. I think the 200g would work because some foods are easier to absorb the protein than others.
I. e even chicken breast will only best be absorbed if it's cut up. a 30g portion might only have you absorb 20g before it passes through your digestion but maybe cut up could be up to 25g.

Chicken breast, lean ground turkey, tuna, greek yogurt, kashi go lean cereal, oatmeal, wheat bread, brown rice, peanut butter, some wheat quesadillas, grilled cheese sandwhiches, some normal sandwiches, and a protein shake after I workout

Meh, just eat as many grams per day as your bodyweight.
I eat about 1g/lb of body mass. So for me ~145g
