on the days when i don't go, can i still make 1x glass or so, just to have a healthy proteine income?
No it is not unhealthy per say. It is just a protein supplement. All that means is it is an alternative source of protein. Its like taking vitamins. However if you take too much of that stuff it will result in an excess of any and everything that is in it so if by chance there is something bad in it then you will get more of that. But again drinking it like you are is nothing to worry about and is probably better than just drinking after workouts because it keeps your protein intake at a constant allowing your body to better regulate muscle growth and repair.
Why would it be unhealthy, that is what you are supposed to do.
Take one dose right after a workout and one every morning even on rest days.
That is the most critical time you need protein.
Read the ingredients and make sure there's nothing bad in it. U might just gain weight if ur not working out enough to b taking it, but its probably not harmful, just fattening.

Depends on the brand fully, if it's a shot brand you can bet your ass that it hasn't got the nutrition it says it has and that it is spiked with amino acids, you would be better getting you protein from whole foods on non training days but take it after training and during also. Check the carbs amount in it and see if it fits you goals and the sugar content too
Of course you can. Remember that it's just a supplement. Would be the same as asking if you could eat another 100g of chicken. It's not gonna harm you. It's a good way to keep your protein intake higher than you normally would.
Protein drinks are perfectly healthy to drink, I mean your body requires protein regardless of whether or not you workout, just make sure that specific brand your taking doesn't have anything bad in it that you shouldn't be consuming.
