I have a larger chest size and lots of stretch marks all over my breasts and they tend to hang more than the regular boob.
Without surgury, is there anything I could do to help fix this?
It sounds to me like you are doing everything right. Unfortunately, the body often just does not cooperate, no matter how hard you work. Loss of weight often causes these "problems" and they resist efforts to fix them.
That said, I do want to assure you that the person who sees the worst in them is you. Others will see you differently, usually better.
"Perky", with less hang, is perhaps most desirable, but I can tell you that just because boobs hang is not a reason for them to be considered undesirable. Perky or not, even hanging, us guys love to touch them and suck on them!
Stretch marks are quite common. It may be from growth spurts or from weight changes. And most guys recognize that and are not bothered by them. Most any woman who has had children will have them, as well as many who have not. And stretch marks will not lessen the beauty and sexuality I find in a woman's breasts.
At some point, you may feel that you have to do something about them and resort to surgery. I hope that you do not get to that point, and learn how beautiful you body is without surgically altering it!
And I wish to add that I appreciate that you have not gone anonymous. I applaud you standing behind your thoughts by not being anonymous!
Welcome to reality.
Don't hope, accept the fact that gravity pulls them down.
Do NOT try to 'fix' your breasts, fix your idea about what adult breasts look like.
Look at normal breasts (NO porn!): https://www.007b.com/breast_gallery.php

Puberty ran me over with a bulldozer. During my entire middle and high school career, I had pendulous breasts; I had more dense tissue than fat. They sagged, and to this day, I still have stretch marks - further proof that I wasn't wearing the right bra to properly support my breasts. (The U. S lingerie companies refuse to provide affordable bras for those who are petite with large boobs.)
Now, fash forward to five months after my breast reduction: I've lost two cup sizes, and even though I wish I was smaller, I'm pleased with my "new" boobs. Hooray for less back pain!
Exercise can certainly help the appearance of your breasts to an extent, and you're doing a great job at it, but realize your bust cannot defy gravity. (HA, wouldn't that be nice, though?) If you're stiil discouraged, I'd recommend you schedule a consultation appointment with a reliable plastic surgeon.
P. S: Wow, I just realized my answer is long! I'm so sorry about that!
Your response is very appreciated! I value all opinions and its good to see that you are now happy with them! Thanks a bunch for your opinion! I've gotten a referral from my doctor for a consultation i just never followed through becasue i wanted to see if weight loss would shrink them. I might just go back and reschedule another consultation. :) might i ask... how was recovery?
I am also very interested in anything you can tell about the PERSONAL effects of breast reduction surgery because I have a relative that is considering it. It sounds like it was very positive for you. Were there any negatives?
Thank you!
@Intraluminal I'm glad my personal experience is helpful to you! I'd want your relative to make an informed decision of course, so she'll need to find out if the the surgeon is reliable and trustworthy. I'm not joking here: an employee from a major department store (I don't know if I can say) recommended the plastic surgeon who ultimately also did my reduction. Last month, I went to the store and saw her again. We shared our experiences with each of our surgeries, which was pretty cool!
Anyhoo, I didn't need to have my wounds drained, so it was nice not to have a bunch of tubes and wires attached to me during post-op (and to watch the blood and other stuff drip out of me. Ugh, I shudder just imagining it!)
And actually, the only thing that was negative was being discouraged once my dressings had to be changed. I'd look down and see nasty bruises on my swollen breasts, but thankfully, they healed sooner than I'd expected.
@Intraluminal @Intraluminal and while I'm "90% healed" at this point (my doctor's words, not mine), occasionally, I'll get a brief twinge of pain when I'm jogging or stretching my arms above my head; I must be careful. That's another thing to keep in mind - don't do any strenuous activity for at least two weeks after the surgery, or you could screw up the stitches.
I'm not sure what else I should add in here, other than be patient and try to keep your cool when you're wearing those special compression sleeves on your leg to help prevent blood clots. I swear, I didn't get much sleep with them on; it was very annoying. But that's a story for another time. 😊
i know a number of women who use something called Bio Oil religiously everyday during pregnancy to reduce occurrence of stretch marks. I would recommend that. Cera ve stretch mark cream is pretty good as well for already formed stretch marks. some women use the derma roller successfully in combination as well. i have also heard that not wearing a bra, at least at night, is good for the breasts to naturally strengthen its own support.
as for hanging more, if you can afford it and it bothers you, you can get a breast lift.

Long story short, no. The amount of "droop" is a function of age, breast size, genetics, and personal history (pregnancy et al.). By increasing the muscle mass beneath the breasts, as you have already done, you can give the a firmer "base," but they are essentially just fat, with a bit of connective and glandular tissue thrown in.
Many guys as like large breasts, and a certain amount of "droop" is a necessary component of size, otherwise they would just obstruct your vision. Also, fake boobs don't droop, so the droop is also an indicator of authenticity if you will.
In the end, your choices are to wear a good, well fitted bra, and accept your appearance, as I assure you men will, or to get surgery.
Good luck!
Boobs are not supposed to be firm.. They are fat deposits.. Very nice fat deposits...
I think they have a cream for that... But stretchmarks arnt that big a deal
I was unaware you could firm up the booby tissue, a girl on here once told be going braless occasionally stimulates the production of collagen and helps keep them perky, but I wouldn't know about that haha. Anyway, one of the spellbinding things about boobies is how wonderfully soft they are.
I think mostly you can just moisturize them and continue to work out, I have notice with work outs your chest over time will shrink and your pectoral muscles will tighten. x
Thats what happens unfortunately when you lose weight faster than your body is able to process and it does happen! :(
Not really but big boobs aren't anything to be ashamed of and the stretch marks are from them growing really fast
Bra mostly. Your breath are muscle tissue but sadly they aren't pectoral muscles. They can't be strengthened like a mans.
Loose aliot of weight is the only fix for saggy ones with stretch marks. The stretch marks are likely because you used to be alit bugger im guessing. Weight Loss before reduction surgery
Those big ones usally start sagging. Better for playing with I think. Nice soft squeezable ones. Flopping while doing doggy is fun. Big hard firm ones kinda suck.
Just my opinion. I like them
You want a handfull of nice soft perky ones. Yea I know. Only way , reduction boob job
Wait until you start a family. Then get reduction if they bother u that much. They are fine tho.
As far as I know there is no way to reduce size of body parts via exercising or eating.
You should try to reduce your weight which might get you the required results.
I don't think there is :( However maybe body morphia? Stretch marks and gravity are normal for a large chest. They are still wonderful though :) Maybe you are being to hard on yourself.
You need to do more cardio to lose fat in general. It will come off eventually.
Girls can make their boobs bigger by excersizing? 😯
Being firm is an extreme importance in the sexiness of breasts, but why would you want yours smaller?
1. Massage them regularly
2. Eat lots of vitamin C
Heard that eating a small piece of dark chocolate everyday helps
Chest flies, bench press and pushups will help... god bless you sweetie :-)
Maybe @AmanadaLynn1930 can help you out.
Keep working out, you'll see results with that.
Its kinda hard without surgery...
By Letting me massage them ( Í¡° ͜ʖ Í¡°)
Nothing you can do.
