Should I believe my boyfriend when he says he's satisfied with the way my body looks?

I feel like I'm constantly getting mixed messages from my boyfriend regarding his attraction towards me and I don't know how to interpret it. There are times when he will compliment me on the way my body looks but then make comments as if he wants my body to look different or change. For example, he'll say things like, "Oh it looks like your boobs are got bigger." "Those pants make your booty look big." "If I keep ******* you like this your going to be thicker than a snicker." One time during sex while he was drunk he said, "I'm going to give you a new booty." Even when he hasn't been drinking he says things like this. But then he says he likes my petite body, booty and firm breasts. He will say I'm beautiful. I am 5ft5 and weigh approximately 137 pounds which is the smallest I've been in awhile although I have always been naturally petite. I have 36D breasts. I'm a vegetarian so I know it is very unlikely for me to become overweight. I get the idea he wants everything on me to be bigger but he denies. Everytime I bring it up he gets defensive , angry and curses under his breath. Then he ignores my feelings when I politely tell him to please stop bringing up my body weight. He only brings up only the compliments he gives me. It seems as though he forgets the comments he makes about my body weight and is oblivious to it. He thinks his comments are not about my weight. What should I do?
