My butt is mostly good, but I want it to be a bit firmer and possibly add some size to it. Nothing crazy.
Due to back surgery, I can't really put heavy barbells across my traps to squat with... but I can pretty much do every other butt exercise under the sun; deadlifts, gobblet squats, split squats with weights, etc...
Will that be sufficient enough to get a great butt? And is there a specific exercise other than the barbell squat that is better then the others at firming up my butt?
