How much longer before I can really start to notice results? I need to drop maybe 10 or 15 lbs
The scale isn't really accurate, if you've been working out you may just be gaining for muscle and losing fat at the same time and it happens. Sometimes weighing more looks better than when you weighed less because you look better and fitter.
id say about 12 weeks, u need to be lifting weights 3 or 4 times a week plus cardio 3 times a week, with a high protein diet, starving urself isn't the way to go,
3 months if u wanna drop real fat
Is mostly cardio ok or do I need to throw in some resistance training too?
