I'm not hungry right now but I want to grab something. Recently I've been eating a lot like a pig so I didn't feel satisfied with only broccoli and brown rice although it was healthy.
Should I eat something?
Your not hungry and Its to early to eat yet you will end up eating again at 12AM so wait till 9:30 or 10: PM to eat like I do
If you don't want to eat a larger meal, eat a fruit or a sandwich with a low Glycemic Index.
You're just bored, find something else to do instead of eating

Your body tells you when it needs food. If you're not hungry, don't eat.
try to organise your meals , and make enough time between each meal and the next one , try eat much salad
I wouldn't eat if you aren't hungry, but if you really want to eat something go for a healthy choice or try drinking some water.
Wait till 8 or something
Boil some eggs, put them in the fridge.
Maybe just drink water.
