My mom's hair have started growing grey since university. My dad's hair are still brown and he is 47. I have hair color same as my dad. I am worried my hair will start to grow grey at very early age. That should I eat or do to prevent it?
You can't do anything to change the course of your genetics but you can do something to slow down the early stages of aging. Eat right, exercise, take a multivitamin, don't smoke and get plenty of sleep. I speak from experience. I'm 35 but people think I'm in my 20's all the time.

I hear from some of my friends that rubbing some coconut oil on in your hair will help reduce the aging factor. But this has to be done 3 times a week though.
Hope this helps. :)
Nothing. It's natural. I suggest that you find a good colourist.

Gray is just another color. Blue or green would be more worrying.
