but I know all the things of changing lifestyles and crap and controlling your eating habits...exercises...etc etc
But the reason I'm asking this is because after I moved back to Korea (I lived in Europe for about 11 years before), I became so busy with school work (you know how Asians love studying/math.. :D jking) that I can't pay attention to my physical condition...i usually stay up till 1 or 2 in the morning to finish my homework ...that's how intense it is in my new Korean high school...
