Did you get more confident when you started working out?

I think I might know what most answers are gonna be, but I still wanna know if when you started to work out (go to the gym, run outside, workout at home...) you got more confident with yourself, both mind and body.

Also, what other changes in your life did you experience? Did you get happier, more energetic, more focused...
