i currently weigh 106.5kg / 234 lbs / 16.7 st. and my goal is to get down to about 90kg / 198 lbs / 14 st
that means i need to lose 16kg / 35 lbs / 2.5 st
is this a healthy, achievable goal?
I think it could be possible! I'm currently working out a lot and I take pre workout which makes my workouts a hell of a lot better.. it's 8am on a Saturday and I've had my pre workout, I'm about to go for a run (something I'd never do before). try pre workout! keeps you focussed on your goal and gives you more energy in general. goodluck!
No, I don't realistically, but you will be able to loose weight! Aslong as you're motivated and stick to it, you should be good!

Are you kinda fat to start with
no, but i am on the chubby side now lol. it doesn't look like im massively over weight as im 6' 3" but i want to be slimmer.
i was in the army for 8 years, and just piled the weight on this year due to an injury which stopped me working out. well that and eating/drinking shit :p
just hoping i can shift most of the weight before i go away.
Then probally no if your really chubby it could be done but unless you go on the no food diet I doubt it
