Do you think its possible to loose 16kg in 50 days?

im trying to loose weight because im going on holiday in 50 days. I've been working out, and eating healthy (lots of salad, fruit and veg etc) in an attempt to shed some weight.

i currently weigh 106.5kg / 234 lbs / 16.7 st. and my goal is to get down to about 90kg / 198 lbs / 14 st

that means i need to lose 16kg / 35 lbs / 2.5 st

is this a healthy, achievable goal?
Do you think its possible to loose 16kg in 50 days?
