all you have top do to lose weight is cut calories a little, and burn calories a little.
If you cut just 100 calories, and burned just an extra 100 calories, you will see results, even if slowly.
To lose 15 pounds, in say 60 days? Very doable.
It is best to not try to lose more than two pounds a week. Even then , in 56 days, you can lose 16 pounds, on a '2 pounds down a week' plan.
Easiest way to cut calories? Drink water. Pop? 1% milk? Juice? about 100 calories a serving. Even healthy things like orange juice is 120 calories in an 8 ounce glass. Water has none. So if you drink pretty much anything flavored, switch to water, and your calorie intake drops a lot.
You could also switch to diet stuff, but I think fake sugars taste gross, and I don't trust them.

It's different for everybody based on activity level and diet. It can take months, or it can take very little time. I cut 85 lbs in 5 months by eating clean and doing a ton of cardio. Cardio is 1A for burning fat.
