I pain my head, my bones overall (especially my back). I would be very grateful if some knew the answer to this question and wrote a comment. Also, if the sauna does any good can the sauna make me better aswell? I mean, can it cure me faster than normally? I have an infrared sauna if it makes any difference.
Whilst it normally won't worsen the situation it won't really speed the recovery process. Saunas help with muscle pain and sports injuries but not really with the flu.
