I have had two girl friends around 5'9-10. They were both sitting at like 140-150 and I thought they were very healthy, and skinny looking. I guess take of 10-15 pounds and that would fit someone with your height.
BMI is BS, don't follow that too much. I am 6'3 with a naturally large build and anything under 210 looks too skinny on me, yet anything above 180 is overweight and 210 is obese... I run loads and am in plenty good shape

Need how much muscle you have, (and this helps cause boobs are heavy) breat size. Also you shouldn't go off off numbers as you'll typically never be satisfied. Go off of how you feel even if that means having a little bit of fat (whcih is actually normal and good) I'm technically obese at 5' 140 but between the boobs, amount of muscle, and frame I have, it's okay and doctors say I'm fine
Go by body fat %, not BMI.
Also, lose body fat, not weight, if you are unhappy with your body.

My doctor once told me 100 pounds for five foot and five pounds per inch. So, 135.
As long as you're in the "healthy range" why worry about the fatty bits.
