I was planning to do a 1 month fast, I did a two week fast about 3 or 4 months ago and felt like I could go a lot longer without eating. So this time I'll try 1 month, maybe longer.

I don't think you know this already so I'm going to tell you. Up to a certain amount of calories are for your organs and energy. That could be from 1200 to maybe even 3000 calories a day depending on your body, your fitness level, and how you use your energy. Any amount over that is excess and you could cut that if you want. Supplying your body 0 calories for too long is a recipe for death. You don't want to lose your 175 to 180 pound body to a casket. Don't even try to starve yourself. If you're hungry, eat. Exercise for an hour a day even if it's walking in place. Walking is easy and doesn't poop you out so bad.
OMG don't do that. Fasting for a month is not normal and your body yes will go into survival mode which means that it burns LESS calories throughout the day so that you don't die. Then once you start eating again you'll gain back all the weight because your body isn't used to the influx of calories since its been burning so little for so long. If you want to be that skinny do it the right way and just eat right and exercise, but don't starve yourself because you'll fuck everything up when you stop fasting.

how about you eat clean, eat the appropriate amount of calories you need to lose weight and exercise enough to get skinny.

I was fine after 2 weeks, literally felt completely fine and not even hungry, after the first few days I lost my sense of hunger. By the end of the second week the thought of food almost sickened me.
I only started eating again because I kept loosing my vision for periods of about 5-10 seconds every 20 minutes or so and was concerned. But, I think if I drink more water this time I can avoid that
it's no surprise that you can survive with no food for 3 months if you're still drinking water and have the determination to not eat, but trust me, it'll catch up to you. it seems easy now, it won't be easy later on. you're going against your bodies basic needs, and what you don't realize is that you're only going to be getting weaker in the long run. your bone density, organ strength, loss of muscle tissue, everything. do research man, you're only killing yourself slowly. thats why there is a healthy way to do this.
Inappreciate what you're saying, but the health risks attached with fasting don't really bother me. I could not care less about medical issues for myself, as long as j look better in the outside that's all what matters, and it seems fasting is the quickest way to get there
It might actually take longer fasting because your body will go into starvation mode and will store the calories/fat instead of burning them. Working out or not.

Stopping eating has 2 consequences- you either die or lose weight super slowly and painlessly due to your metabolism slowing down.
If you stop eating you'll never get there at all.
You'll only feel weak ah because you'll lose all your muscles and will gain a whole lot of additional fat once you eat again.
Why so lazy? Just exercise and eat healthy tbh..
If you cut out carbs from your diet and do like 30-60min cardio at least 4 times a week you can get there within 2-4 months.

Eating disorder? What? It's a fast.. People do them all the time.. Why is it unhealthy? You can clearly see my body has an extensive fat reserve to sustain itself for a couple of months

You're not obese in the slightest. If you really wanted to lose weight, you would hire a personal trainer. But no, you want to starve yourself because apparently that's better than achieving long term results.
The problem with fasts is that as soon as you go back to normal eating, you put the weight back on. And then because you have wrecked your metabolism by teaching your body that you're going to be starving, you'll hold on to the weight even more.
But, if I just continue to eat minute amounts of food once I end the fast I shouldn't gain it back right? Surely that small amount of food I then eat should be enough to keep me going without storing right?

If I had an eating disorder I would be boney skinny and never eat, meanwhile I do eat and am not far off being medically obese according to my BMI.
If I could have an eating disorder j would, I envy their bodies, but I do not have one, I eat just like a normal guy..

I don't think that you should put this much stress on your body. If your concerned with your weight and body then you should try dieting but instead of starving yourself you should only put small portions on your plate. I wouldn't even bother putting your body in survival mode

At my job I spend 8 hours a day passing concrete blocks around which weigh 25KG each, last time I fasted for 2 weeks I did that 10 days out of my 14 day fast and didn't have any major issue.
It's unhealthy. One way or another your body is going to succumb. Glad I won't be there to see that
