There are ways you can optimize your workout session but your goal is not possible in 2 months specially for a young girl. but do your best.
you can gain muscle tissue faster with these ways:
1- workout 2 days and rest the next day. almost 4 times a week
2-work on all your muscles to stimulate growth, working on just one muscle group isn't the best idea even if you have specific goals. just work them more than other muscle groups.
3-continue your workout until failure or just use more weight. do more sets or reps. its important for stimulating overload muscle tissue
4- remember to do cardio everyday whether you do weight training or not for about 30 mins. its important for increasing your metabolism that ultimately boosts your muscle recovery which is an essential element in muscle gaining.
5-DIET; you know the drill. eat enough protein and starch and avoid sugar and low GI index carbs.
6- you can use supplements. there are so many different kinds used for fat burning and muscle building purposes.
if you want more tips or have a question you can ask me i may be able to help i'm a trainer myself.

not physically possible. Muscle has to be grown by injuring the muscle (workout) letting it heal and grow... that takes time... like maybe 1lb a year.
you can reduce fat to expose the muscle you have...
Two months isn't enough to build muscle but if you have hiking trails where you live, go hiking every day. I have muscular legs and I've never been to a gym it's from going hiking every summer since I was even younger than you. It's something you need to keep up. Even if you could build muscle in two months, you can't just stop after those two months. They'll just go away. You have to watch what you eat as well. Eat foods that are high protein. You can also go running if you don't have hiking trails near you.
If you have a Pinterest account, look up exercise. They have a lot of useful advice. Don't believe any of the: "Build this in 30 days exercises" however. They work if you keep at it, but you're not going to build it in 30 days. It will take longer than that. It might work for a few people, but it won't for everyone so you can't have high expectations and then get discouraged when it doesn't work.
My best suggestion to you is look into joining a gym, and get a Personal Trainer.
Alyssa Loughran.. If I swang that way, I'd wife her up so fast.

At your age, you shouldn't be bodybuilding. Do normal workouts like running, lifting weights, swimming, dance classes etc.
A couple of pounds in two months is a lot if you want to go the natural way. But just start lifting and see how fast it goes. And don't be afraid lifting heavy and concentrating on muscle groups each session to drive muscles to grow.
What you are trying to do will not fix your confidence issues. It is great that you are working towards self improvement, but self improvement is not a fix for a problem of which the root lies in your head.
There are some really big and ugly people out there in the world who are perfectly happy with themselves. I am willing to bed that you are neither of these things.
My advise? Counselling. Especially since you're still so young. Things like this get a lot harder as you get older.two months near impossible to put on any muscle since your a woman and your only 13. just workout and eat a lot and you will gain weight naturally
