How to get rid of back acne?

I have it and please no hate comments. I want to know how to get rid of it.
I have long hair (not cutting it ever) if that means anything.
I really need some help. I want to get rid of it so bad

Go to the doctor and have him/her prescribe you Tetracycline or Doxycycline (depends on what your allergic to) both of these meds are magic pills for acne, and they are extremely safe unlike other acne drugs. I use to suffer from light acne on my chest (ugh so not attractive and a huge confidence killer) and light acne on my face, within a week on Doxycycline my face was clear, after about 5 weeks my chest was clear, for some reason it takes longer for the med to clear up your body acne but eventually it clears it up, it just takes a few more weeks but it works, good luck

Go on the pill, it cleared mine up completely. Just make sure you tell the doctor it is for acne, not just contraception, as some versions of the pill are more effective at treating acne than others.

Oh. I'm sure that would help, but my parents probably wouldn't let me. They don't like doctors and might say that I would then go out and have sex

In that case you could still talk to the doctor, and ask for antibiotics instead. But for me the only thing that cleared my back was the pill. I'm not sure whether the doctor is allowed to tell your parents or not, but you could talk to them and explain that it's acne you are worried about.

Most people end up having sex when they go to college etc, it's more of a life circumstances thing than whether or not you are on the pill. Also you could just get condoms if you did want to have sex. But I understand that those arguments might not work on very strict parents.

I'll try to talk to my mom about it, but I doubt I'm going any time soon. My mom may have broken her toe

Honestly I have not ever had bad acne BUT my roommate does have shoulder and back acne and he started sun tanning and as he became more tan they seemed to diminish, never go away all the way, but WAY less and the ones that remained were less noticeable after he tanned. Thats all I got though besides shower regularly and maybe if you need go to a dermatologist.

I doubt I'll ever be able to go to a doctor. My parents would never go for it.

I'll try the sun tanning, only problem is, it really isn't sunny here that much

That is a problem... where I lived in Idaho it is snowy and quite cold, but in the summer is at least decently warm, but in the winter he was always bundled up so no one saw the acne then in the summer he would tan to prepare to go swimming and other such activities :S sorry not much else to suggest

Use an antibacterial body wash and exfoliate.

See a doctor. And wash with antibacterial soap

They make body wash for acne, I would use that.

Neutrogena has a really good acne wash for that
