Truth is, there's no foods which can get rid of acne. But lots of people can write articles claiming all sorts of crap.
Acne is just one of those things we all have to deal with growing up. The only thing that works, is a decent wash, to clean up the sebum, and keep the pores unblocked.
Obviously, greasy foods and that should be avoided, but more for general health reasons than anything else.
Soap washes like Clearasil (in the UK) contain micro particles which make the soap ever so slightly abrasive, and this does help with cleaning off a layer of dead skin, etc... But really, you just need to spend a lot more time on your grooming routine. How often do you wash, how long do you spend, how hot is the water, do you use a loofa/scrub, do you use a moisteriser or skin toner afterwards... all these types of things should be part of your daily routine.

Ground meats. Pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, hamburgers.
Actually, you can enjoy these, as long as they taste really good. Don't eat them as filler, if you can help it.
Also, large quantities of melted cheese may not be helping.
These are just what popped into my head and it may not be useful to you or anyone. Just eat what you find delicious -- and I'm sure you don't need me to tell you that.
Try to stay away from tons of sugar,salt and oily foods.Contrary to some opinions,i find that my diet has a direct effect to how my skin reacts.Afterall,it is the largets organ of the body.Im not saying that diet is the main cause of acne,but it may be a FACTOR. Companies are not going to push the idea that YOU can fix your skin by taking care of yourself because at the end of the day,its about capitalism...keeping that dependency on pharmaceutical companies etc MOVING. That just my two cents.I will step off of my soap box now.
Take honey and rub it all over your face any body, you can do it in the shower and if it go's in the month nothing to worry about. But its makes the skin look wonderful and beautiful I promise, even helps some what with acne.

well fastfoods don't start acne,but I have heard certain foods can be a trigger;i notice when I eat a lot of fried foods and fast food my acne gets worse.avoid these as much as possible (they are salty,fatenning,greasy,AND unhealthy).
- Anything fried in oil
-Take a shower every time you sweat
- have you tried pro-activ?avoid junk food, oily food, chocolate
