I completely understand what you are experiencing. There are several things which could be causing you to feel tired.
. A lack of sleep (obviously). I am personally a very long sleeper. If left to wake up by myself, i will sleep at least 12 hours. 12 hours is exactly half a day. Therefore, it is very inconvenient to sleep this long, so you will feel tired.
. Anemia. There are several types of anemia/anaemia, most common being iron defficiency anemia. Try taking iron supplements.
. Stress. You mentioned that you don't feel that your schedule is all that hectic, but if it feels hectic to YOU, it is still going to stress and wear you out, no matter how others may see it.
. Low serotonin levels. Do you have any known mental conditions/disorders such as OCD, Depression, fall somewhere in the autistic spectrum or have ADHD? These are all associated with low serotonin levels, with one of the symptoms being lethargy. Speak to your doctor if you suspect this night be the case.
. Thyroid problems. I unfortunately do not know much about this issue but it is a common symptom.
. Low blood sugar. Low blood sugar levels can leave a person feeling weak and tired. Make sure you eat regular meals and make sure to take small snacks throughout the day.
. Low blood pressure. Low blood pressure often leaves people feeling weak, dizzy, light-headed and lethargic. Speak to your foctor if you suspect this might be the case.
. You need time to adjust. If you haven't gotten into a regular shift routine, then it is completely normal for you to be feeling tired/worn out. Its like the first day back at school in a way. You come home completely exhausted. Try giving your schedule time to sync in, and if that doesn't improve with time, a doctors visit may be required.
Hope i helped you in some way. I am NOT a medical professional in any way but i still hope you take these suggestions into consideration.

Subconscious stress... I'm currently going through the same problem. Mine is so bad, that I wake up too early in the mornings, & I can't get back to sleep again. Today was the first day that I could actually sleep late, I forced myself (sleeping on your left side tends to make you fall asleep faster). The only way to solve this, is by treating the underlying issue, i. e. what is the cause of your stress? Mine is studies, so I would focus more on my studies & what I struggle with.
The more self-assured I am about my studies, the less I stress. I also have a lot of activities to keep myself busy; you need recreation in your life & a balance between work life & social life. If you get the chance, try taking power-naps during the day; this will help boost your energy levels.
I do martial arts, I gym, I do horse riding, offroad motorcycling, etc. Talking to people & sharing your issues with them also helps, as this decreases stress levels for women.
Good luck. :]
Emotions are what? We're in the season (or we're just finishing) (Northern hemisphere) of the (heart-) fire, predominating emotions are kind of, 'joy', over excitement, taking on too many endeavours, but not focusing on anything, not paying attention properly to what we're doing, constantly thinking about the next. It's like the fire is raging within us, our thoughts are all over the place, even if we're not engaged in much activity. We're like little children, who become so excited that they start getting into trouble and hurting themselves. Are you able to get to sleep easily? Generally, do you get to bed before 11pm? What kind of things are you thinking about before going to sleep. Do you have a good structure to your day? Or do you allow yourself to fester? If this sounds like you, there are things you can do to lessen the effects of this, which I can elaborate on.
The other possible thing is. Do you believe in what you are doing? I know from experience, that if one is just following a process, one is not excited or interested in what is doing in one's life, then one loses motivation, eventually leading to sloppiness and despair. The energy follows suit.
Just some ideas.
Check if you are getting enough sleep, if you have apnea when you sleep
Check on your blood sugar levels

Are you getting enough sleep at night? You should get at least 8hrsof sleep each night. Also it could also be your diet. I had that problem (and sometimes still do) but I found that getting well rested and laying off the junk food (soda, chips, pizza, fast food , etc) and eating better helps a lot. I went from drinking 1 liter bottles of coke a day to only drinking water and tea such as green and peppermint. Also I found that garlic, Cinnamon and coconut oil help to boost engery as well. Don't believe me? Try it for yourself 😋
Dont drink caffeine and eat healthier has worked for me. Also try and get a good 30 minutes of exercise in where ever you can, even just a walk around the area in the morning will help you make you feel awake. And you need a good 8-9 hours of sleep, dont over sleep otherwise it will make you even more tired, make sure you have an alarm. And dont be afraid to kick back every now and again to relax and watch a movie or go to the beach for an hour or so, need time to destress!
I have the same issue! Make sure you are getting sleep and drinking enough water. Most likely it is stress wearing you down. I won't even feel stressed but the people around me can see it. Make sure you take some time for hobbies outside of school. Just something simple and relaxing like watching tv or playing a game.
It's probably caused by iron deficiency, which is extremely common in women. Just get your blood checked with a doc and take the pills he prescribes before it developed into an anaemia.
hormones can big a major factor. People don't seem to realize how much stress they haven in their life. Most people turn stressful situations into nothing and they just ignore it. it really throws everything off whether they realize it or not. I would just evaluate your life as a big picture before turning to medical reasons. One other thing is food intake, if your eating habits have changed then that could be the reason as well.
