Is anyone else on an antidepressant? Does your stomach growl all the time?

I'm taking the lowest dose of Lexapro and have gained quite a bit of weight over the past few years. I feel hungry all the time and my stomach growls. Does anyone else have this experience? What do you do to lose weight?

I'm on general anxiety but was on anti depressants. Anti depressants can have many different side effects.

Have to talk to your pharmacist about it to see if it was a complication?

Also, just like how anyone else can lose weight. Eat less, excerise more

I'm on the meds for anxiety too. I only see my doc twice a year at this point, so it will be a while until in go. I used to be really fit and count calories like a pro, but now I feel insatiably hungry! That's the part I can't figure out how to manage. 😕

I never had experience that side effect but I do know anti depressants can make your body less active. They may not be the right pills for you all together. I know mine with my sex drive
