Just went to the gym and I feel like I'm going to pass out literally. Why?

Okay, so, I go to the all the time. 5-6 days a week and I do usually 30 minutes weight/strength training and 30 minutes cardio. But I did arms today for 30 minutes and I almost passed out on the floor and left early.

The only thing different about today is that i didn't sleep. I got 10 minutes of sleep last night but I'm not tired at all. Is it because I didn't eat at all while I was awake? I hate eating before going to the gym because it makes me sick. Any ideas?

Guys, my diet isn't poor. I never eat before going to the gym because I always throw up afterwards. That's not abnormal for me not to eat before working out. I've been like that since I was a kid playing soccer, volleyball, and running track so I highly doubt that after 20 years, it's just now taking a toll.
