Boyfriend goes to the gym with his friend and friends girlfriend, but not me?

Since I've had a baby, my body is needing to get back to being healthy. I have a hard time going by myself because I feel insecure. My boyfriend wakes up at 5 am to go to the gym with his friend (and his girlfriend) which I just recently found out and it makes me a little nervous.

I've told him i wanted to work out together but he hasn't made any attempts or effort to try to make it happen.

Is it dumb that I feel insecure about him going with another girl?

Just get up, get ready and go to the gym with him. It's not like you need his permission to work out at a gym. Hopefully, you have someone to watch the baby. Maybe that is the reason he doesn't invite you. By observing his behavior at the gym, you'll be able to tell if he is with you because he truly cares about you or if he just feels stuck because of the baby. Make sure you are seeing what is and not just what you want to see.

First and foremost, take care of yourself. You won't be any good for yourself, your baby or others if you don't prioritize doing whatever you need to do to feel good about yourself.
