if you are already lean then too much of it isn't really necessary, so I would cut down on it and maybe change the cardio style. You could do sprints like 2 to 3 times a week, in my opinion, sprinting is the most effective way of HIIT and I personally enjoy HIIT much more than steady cardio, it doesn't kill your gains haha, so its up to your personal preference really. If you would like to do more of a HIIT kind of cardio you could run as fast as you can for 30 seconds and then rest for 60 to 90 seconds and then repeat that for about 5 times (you shouldn't be able to do much of it coz you should be giving 100% of your energy in those 30 seconds, meaning that you should be really tired after 15 minutes or less) . Also, if you are trying to build more muscle, you should be eating in a caloric surplus, make sure you are eating AT LEAST one gram of protein per body pound (then play around with carbs and fats and see what works best for you) you should also make sure you are giving your muscles a rest, you should have at least one rest day.

If your all toned, meaning you have a low body fat percentage then there is no need to do a lot of cardio unless your training for a marathon. Majority of your sessions should involve more weights, and about 5-10 minutes or cardio. Just keep increasing the amount of weight you use every one or two weeks and eat a lot of protein, hopefully you will start to see some results 💪
