Just help please?

Hey, so I've dealt with anxiety for as long as I can remember. My anxiety subsided for a while and I was so relieved like "omg I finally grew out of it" kind of thing. But recently all of a sudden it's back and I have a new thing where I'll think of something and it stresses me out, worries me, or when I think of past experiences I get the urge to scratch or tense up. I don't scratch my skin (most the time, sometimes I'll do it to the inside of my palm but never break skin), I scratch the side of my phone case or something near me that I can't hurt. And I feel so crazy and I don't know what to do. 😞😞😞 someone please explain this to me
