Im supposed to do curls today but i hate doing them. They're not a good accessory to strength and i dont want them to look too big. Whenever i see curl bros with huge biceps i think it looks stupid and its just not something i want.
I feel like my current arms look good right now. I have a healthy amount of fat and muscle and i really dig that look for myself.
So with that being said, should i maybe try to add another inch or two?
