How much weight should I lose girls?

I'm male, 17 years old, 5'9, and 180 pounds. BMI of 26.6. How much weight should I lose before girls start noticing me?

It's really not about how much you weigh, but how you look. If you're looking to really get girls attention, then going to the gym and getting muscular will do the trick. Don't worry so much about the scale but how you look and feel.

I don't know...it depends on your body frame and size...BMI are not usually accurate, they don't include body fat percentage.

Actually BMI IS bodyfat percentage. since it's 26.6 that means 26.6% of my body is fat.

What, where did you get your BMI, if online...its not accurate exactly, its just a guess...you could be all muscle for all I know...and the BMI thing won't take that in account.

BMI is *not* body fat percentage. It's your weight per height. Bodybuilders who are ultrafit usually have insanely high BMI because they have so much muscle it throws their weight off.
