on the label it says not to take if your under 18, what will happen if you take them

The reason why they warn you not to take them if you're under 18 is because it can affect your development and they can get into some really serious trouble because you're not an adult.

Diet pills do not work. All they are is a short term "fix" that will only lead to more problems later on. The best way to get healthy and get into shape is simply exercise and healthy eating. I know, that sounds like a lot of work and it's so much easier to pop a pill then continue eating at mcdonalds.

Diet pills will not burn fat but they can curb your appetite.

No diet pill is FDA approved,many of them contain ingredients that scientists aren't even sure if they are safe or not,so they don't even know what the possible effects are for adults,let alone children.

I have taken a pill that said to not take it if you're under 18,it wasn't a diet pill,but a diuretic and I threw up constantly,non stop.
