I decided that I would like to begin working on myself to try to get that energy back.. I was thinking that I'd first start physically working on myself. which means losing some weight, getting fit, etc.. I'm 5'7" and I weight 64kg, which is about 140lbs, and I would like to weight somewhere between 125-130lbs. Do you have any suggestions on the kind of diet I should go on while doing my exercise
