How skinny is too skinny?

So I have been with my boyfriend for about a year and a half and in June he went to New Zealand for school he will be back in November but since he has been gone I have been losing weight. I have lost around 10 pounds and its been almost imposable to get any of it back I am 5ft and around 95 pounds is that so skinny.

don't get me wrong my arms and legs are a lot more toned and I pretty much have a six pack but my pants that are size 0 are getting a little baggy what should I do?

Well Since I can't really Explain in numbers I'll show you pictures.

Too skinny, wouldn't want a date with her just like I wouldn't want a date from a overweight girl.

Notice how this girl, her stomache is toned although you can really see bones. Also he arms it's as if there is no meat there either? It's obvious she's starving herself and this isn't attractive to me, also she has no boobs because of this either.

This girl is average. Now personally this is My favorite girl out there. This is the one that is the most appealing on the eyes to me body mass wise. This pic is from myspace of a girl I don't even know, although it is the best one I could find to describe middle/average/medium to you.

Notice the Slight belly, not alot, but some But she's not skin and bones and total rock hard abs. Just your everyday girl. This is medium/normal and what I look for in a normal/average girl. Notice her boobs aren't DD's or anything, they might be like a B-C cup at most but that is just right honestly. Anymore pudge than this, and to me a girl is crossing the line. Much more and you become what we guys call."Borderline." Which means your a little too much pudge, but your not quite fat. Although a girl like this would be more appealing than a "Borderline" girl would be to me atleast, and some of my guy friends. Also notice she looks like she has a little bit of a butt, although it's not overwhelming, its inbetween the two extreme's of above this and below. This is average.

Now This girl has a weight issue. This is a Fat girl. Although, I also got this picture from myspace, and in doing so I kinda liked her personality. She did interest me because of who she was and how cool she seemed, so does it matter YES Size of a girl definitely matters in a first opinion or glance. Although Just like girls say about penis size it can be overlooked if you have enough other good qualities/traits/attributes. This isn't easy to do, and is rare, but I know see how it couldl occur, although probably wouldn't go for her. Although she does seem like a nice girl.

Notice the chipmunk cheeks. The huge bicep's. The massive forearms, this gurl has bigger arms than I do. Now this is overweight. At least to me. She doesn't even show her bottom half probably due to the fact that her calves are the same way it always seems to go that way, if her arms are huge so are her thighs. So know you know what a guy looks for in a girls weight feel privileged.

Start to work out, do squats 100 a day rest 1 day only, it will toned your legs and help your (glutes) butt.

That weight is not bad at all; sure, you may not have j'lo's butt, but you're lucky to be that small. If it makes you feel better, I got a couple of friends that are about 5'1 and their weight is about 105 lbs, and every place they go, guys simply stare cause they have such a nice petite shape. Matter of fact, one the girls fluctuates between 105 and 99 lbs, and honestly, she looks great. These gals are meaty in all the right places, although just by height and weight, they sound like skeletons. :)

Yea that's what I thought then there are people like the person above your answer telling me to eat pasta before I go to bed so I can get up to 120 I would never go over 110 unless I am pregnant but that's not for a while

He may be concerned about your health. Are you getting the right nutrition. You will still look good. Guys won't hold it against you. A little more weight would be cool. If you want to gain weight try boneless steak tips. You get like 10 for half a pound. You don't have to finish them in one setting cause there each about 1 and a half inches big. But boy will they fill you and they taste great. Also if you eat more later in the day and right before you go to sleep. Try eating a lot of pasta just before you go to bed. You will gain weight cause your body won't burn it off nearly as fast while your sleeping. Be careful not to get addicted.the other problem of gaining to much weight you don't want. Once you hit around 110 if that's what you want you can go up to 120 at your height if you want to stop gaining eat earlier less for dinner and small snacks like granola,apples,and oranges to keep you from gettin hungry. And lots of water. When you need to put on a few ponds pasta and peanut butter. Separately of course lol. Right before you sleep. Steak tips you'll love em.let me know if you liked my advice? Thanks

Girls who are 5ft and 95 pounds I don't think are at any risk, in fact, I think it's almost common. You're very small, so, your weight is too.

Just try and hold that weight, or gain more if you can and want to. If you feel like your body is becoming malnourished and you continue to lose weight, see a doctor.

I assume you aren't anorexic or bulimic.

Well sounds like you are in the same boat my girlfriend was in for a long time. I would say to start shopping in the petite sections and look for a 00. If the 00 gets baggy then I would say to go to the Doc and tell him that you think you have a tape worm, LOL.
