How skinny is too skinny?

I'm 6'1 and I weight about 128 pounds. I know a few people that say I'm much too skinny for their tastes, but is there anyone out there that actually prefers somebody like me?

My entire family is thin, and it seems nearly impossible to gain weight, so I'm just going to accept me how I am. Would you be attracted to somebody my size?

weight isn't usually an important factor unless you're on the point of starvation, or the point of bursting at the seams with fat and multiple organ failures.

a few ideas;

its possible you could have a hyperactive thyroid gland that restricts your weight gain abilities, can be counteracted with medicine.

people who are sleep deprived gain more weight, due to a hormone that tells you you're not hungry not being produced because of the lack of sleep.

try weight gain products (protein shakes and suppliments etc) along with this join a gym and put on muscle as well as fat.

Ive been going to the gym about 3 times a week for almost 2 months now, and I have been taking protein shakes. I've gained a bit, but not enough to get excited about.

Keep it up, I've been going to the gym for about 8 months and I've gained around 2kg, only been taking shakes for the past 2 weeks though.

well, you must be really really skinny, my boyfriends 6'1 and 155 and he's pretty skinny himself.. and I like the way he looks and all but iv been kinda trying to motivate him to put on a little more muscle

I can't really visualize what height/weight looks like in real life, but I doubt it would be a problem, I like skinny guys, haha.

that's really thin. I'm 5'5 and 105 lbs. You're way taller and not that much heavier

Haha, I know its really thin. I know a lot of girls who are actually jealous of my weight... Which is why I'm asking if anybody actually likes somebody as thin as me =)
