Have you ever tried teeth whitening? Did you go to a dentist for that or did you do it at home?

Some youtube videos say that using baking soda will help...! But I'm not sure; so has anybody tried such things?

I've tried baking-soda and it does help to a degree BUT it tastes like hell (actual taste of hell)

Most of the whitening toothpastes are more damaging to teeth than good. they whiten but corrode the enamel on your tooth, it's simply damaging tooth make-up (and I assume 'tooth bleaches' are the same). If you want a decent and safer job then go to the dentists and keep on top of it after they polish them. Smoking, coffee etc are just reversing all the treatments you've paid for, if you want white teeth then you need to cut out whatever's making them 'not-white'

I had my teeth whitened at the dentist's. I have sensitive teeth, so it hurt like a bitch, but they were super white. I use Crest Whitestrips every few weeks because I drink a lot of coffee, which yellows my teeth.

yes. you can even use 2 boxes back-to-back, or even leave each treatment on for longer than a half hour. but I don't think you're supposed to brush your teeth before or after. I am using them right now actually, and so far I like the results.

I tried that 1 hour whitening about a month ago.. It did OK

the best iv tried is swishing with peroxide. Do it like 30 seconds once or twice a day and you'll see amazing results after about a week. Beware.. It eats the enamel

I tried it because I wanted to see if it would work, but I didn't like the strips they made little white spots on my teeth and it looked weird I would rather just go to the dentist for whitening

I did Crest White Strips like 2 years ago, they worked pretty well. I also tried baking soda, but it was awkward and didn't really show results much.

i used crest white strips twice, they work really well, but they hurt my teeth a little bit because my teeth are sensitive
