What is your goal and how long have you been at it?

How are your results so far?

I started going to the gym in March 2011, and my goal weight was about 147-150 LBs before I cut excess fat to get defined

I started at 122 lbs (weakling lol) but now after 5 months I'm at approximately 140 lbs with about %12-13 Body Fat :D almost there!
