It is funny you should mention poop right when I just come back from doing one. It is like you knew I was dropping some logs right now, which I was. I usually feed the toilet three mounds of poo a day. It is not my fault the toilet gets hungry and asks for some of that "brown stuff" munch munch munch lol. I do a poo in the morning just when I get to university, another at university just after lunch and the third at home. My morning poop at uni is usually the biggest poo I do in the day. A few times I have had a sore tummy at that time of the day and went and dropped a really sloppy poo in the university toilets and wow that sure is instant relive after you get that stuff out LMAO. I have left skid marks in the uni toilets before to which feels like an achievement and makes me proud plus it leaves a nice present for the next guy that goes in that toilet. I love pooping so much especially if you do massive farts and if you drop big logs. Which is also another achievement everyone should be proud of including girls, I know I am. The moment that big logs slide out your ass and plop into the bowl it feels so so fantastic. You think to yourself "Ahhh that feels so so good". If you do a post poop fart well that really makes the whole experience feel great. Yep pooping is fantastic. When you have just pooped you just have to look to check out your achievement lol. In my opinion anyone that says they don't enjoy pooping is lying.

I'm surprised that you didn't try to narrow it down to a specific time of day.
3-5 times a week.
Sometimes I'll think I have to doo-doo and go sit on the toilet, only find out 5 minutes later that I don't. Then I find myself sitting on the toilet for another 10 minutes while I'm browsing an app or listening to music.
Usually once a day. Sometimes twice, sometimes every other day, haha. It really depends on what I've been eating and whatnot.

It's not difficult to achieve. Lots of soluble fiber from healthy foods. If you use Flax Seeds for anything such as baking, or garnish on salads, substitute this with Chia seeds. Chia seeds have 20% your daily value of fiber per table spoon (that is A LOT for such a small amount of anything). You can sprinkle them on salads or grind them up and use them in baked goods as an egg substitute. They also work good in smoothies.
I also eat a lot of fruit and vegetables.Well I usually get up in the morning and fart several times while feeling my turds starting to brew. I have breakfast and go to uni/college, by the time I get to uni/college I am ready to unload. Watch out toilet. I go to the toilet and drop a decent mound of poop in the bowl. I then usually dump another mound of poop in the middle of the day some time (at uni also) and then another mound at night. I really love pooping lol it feels so good after you push it out haha. That's my pooping schedule for you. I am not shy.

I would say 5-6 times a day for me. But I have a high metabolism,...so it can vary.
Usually once a day, sometimes twice. I swear by water and fiber :) If I don't get enough fiber through vegetables and grains on any given day, I have a back-up stash of fiber bars for "fiber emergencies," haha.
Being that you're (QA) is between 25 and 29, why would you _want_ to do it _more_? That's usually not a request you have until you're in you 60s. It's also part of phase 3 of a man's life.
