How to ignore having to poop?

When I don’t poop for about 5-7 days my lower stomach feels really heavy and I get waves/cramps in my stomach from the top of my bellybutton to my bikini line. It feels like I really have to go. The waves come and go CONSTANTLY, but the heavy poop feeling never leaves. The weight of the poop reallyyy bothers me. Each day the waves get more intense. It makes me feel sooooo sick. I can feel it just sitting there. It’s not diarrhea and I don’t have to run to the bathroom. It’s only 12 inches long and about 1.5-2 inches wide. It’s harder, drier, and bigger at the tip and smooth and soft towards the end. It’s uncomfortable to sleep, work and go to school and I can’t stop thinking about going to the bathroom to let it all out. I can’t get in a comfortable position sleep. When I try to pee it takes a while to get it out. It make me fart a lot too and I even feel sick sometimes when I’m holding.
How can I ignore the urge and hold it longer? I get so desperate and I give in every time and go poop. My booty hole bleeds too. How can I make it stop making me feel sick and heavy? And hold it longer?
There’s other people who have much bigger poops as they can hold theirs for 10 days and more. Help.
