2-3 times a day is what's recommended, but if you're eating a plant-based diet with more than enough fibre, the amount of times you poop can sometimes just correspond with how many times you eat in a day.
I feel like I can't really answer this question too great, because I don't know what type of diet you're consuming and if it's different from the diet you usually consumed. I know a lot of people go from eating the Standard American Diet and then switch to a diet centred around plant foods and their bodies have to go through a little adjustment period because their digestive systems weren't used to having such an abundance of high-water content foods and fibre. If that's the case, it usually goes away within a week, when your body adjust.

"Normal" depends on your diet. For most it's between 1 and 3 times a day.
I'm on medication which I can't treat with anti-diarrheoa so I go between 5 and 10 times a day.
It depends on your diet and how fast your metabolism is. The normal number of times to go is between 1 to 3 times a day which is what I do. If you are concerned then go see your doctor, it would not hurt. Those people that are not doing at least one decent poop every day are not going often enough. Everyone should be doing 1 decent poop a day at the minimum.
