You need more bulk with fiber in your diet, you could try eating Wheat Bread,
Oatmeal is good source of fiber too.. Metamucil is good for you cause you
need your bowels regulated.. Now eating lot salads is good for your bowels
Now i had medical doctor who said Applesauce is good for making
your bowels form and to have less diarrhea also stay away from too much
diary products that can cause loose stools , I know they sell Fiber con
that does help give form bowels and gives more bulk ,

I like citrucel better. It's smoother and tastes better. I wouldn't call them a laxitive, regulator is probably a better word. They take a couple of months to start working good but just keep using it. Take care of your colon because a bad or diseased one can make your life very bad. Diverticulitis is caused by a lack of fiber
