I don't know a lot about giving blood but my parents have been giving blood every three months for years now, so three months seems like a very safe waiting period to me. :)
Maybe you could ask the blood giving service how long they would recommend you wait?
Yeahh, I think last time the people came to our school they said it was like 2 or 3 months, so I'd probably wait 3 to make sure! :o)
They'll let you know when you show up to give blood...kudos on doing it though! Know there's a shortage like all the time!
you are supposed to wait I think it is three months before you can give blood again, that gives you more then enough time to replenish the blood lost from donating. if you can donate it is safe, if you can't they will tell you when you go to donate again
